TaskUs is another global outsourcing company with locations around the globe. They were already happy with their career site implementation, but wanted to level up their job search functionality and candidate matching for the 500+ worldwide roles they have posted at any one time. We could already leverage our successful job search and job posting platform that leverages Google's Talent Solutions API, what TaskUs needed was a widget that they could embed anywhere on their site that would allow users to start their job search, and have a seemless experience moving over to our search platform.
We decided the widget should meet the following criteria:
- Lightweight, simple to install and maintainable on our end with no involvement from the client
- Streamline and responsive for all screen sizes
- Prominent on the page as the core CTA
- Branding should match for a trustworthy and seamless user experience
- Any source parameters should be retained for analytics
The success of the widget opens the opportunity to connect our job search platform and intelligent matching capabilities with a client's existing career site infrastructure, or as a smooth entry point to the job search pathway outside of the career site framework, on other pages or microsites.
